Fire officials are currently fighting a structure fire on the 400 block of South 14th Street in Grover Beach.
At approximately 10:30 p.m. Five Cities Fire responded to a fire in an apartment complex.
One patient has been transported for a cut and smoke inhalation.
Officials say the fire has been extinguished and firefighters are going through the complex to check other units for damage.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
