A car fire started on Highway 101 and impacted traffic in Arroyo Grande Saturday afternoon.
According to CHP, the Range Rover ignited near the Tefft Street off-ramp around 9 a.m.
CAL FIRE SLO responded to the scene. Once the car fire was extinguished, a tow truck was able to move the remains.
The car was blocking the off-ramp for a couple of hours.
This is a good reminder to check the fluids in vehicles before driving in these extreme temperatures.
