Mandatory evacuations for residents near the Holiday Fire have been downgraded to an exclusion zone Sunday night.
The Santa Barbara County Office of Emergency Management tweeted around 4:45 p.m., announcing that those under a mandatory evacuation will now only be under an exclusion zone, which means the area is only open to residents.
The recommended evacuation warning issued yesterday will now be lifted.
