Those affected by the Holiday Fire can replace their identification cards, licenses and registration cards for free at a Local Assistance Center in Goleta.

The center is located at:
Goleta Union School District Offices
401 North Fairview Road
Goleta, CA 93117

Its hours are:
Monday, July 9                                              12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Tuesday, July 10- Friday, July 13                   9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday, July 14 – Sunday, July 15              10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The temporary center opened Monday at noon after Governor Edmund G. Brown issued an emergency proclamation authorizing free and penalty waivers for the victims of the Santa Barbara County fire.

Those affected by the fire can also get substitute license plates and stickers, vehicle disposal paperwork, driver record printouts and change their address at the temporary center or another other DMV field office.

Emotional support, counseling and extra resources will also be available at the Local Assistance Center.
