Family homes in Cayucos could soon be used as vacation rentals.
The San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors will consider an appeal after the Planning Department Hearing Officer denied a request for a minor use permit/coastal development permit.
The request and appeal ask that a single family residence to be used as a residential vacation rental and to modify the 50-foot radius location standard used for vacation rentals located at 650 Pacific Avenue in Cayucos.
