There are only 10 more shows left in 2018 Central Coast Shakespeare Festival in San Luis Obispo.
The Central Coast Shakespeare Festival has been featured at the Filipponi Ranch the last two summers, with the first festival happening in 2014, after moving from its Paso Robles location. Organizers say this move was prompted by believing a more central location in San Luis Obispo County would bring in higher attendance and community involvement.
The festival’s mission is commitment to providing "professional, entertaining productions of Shakespeare’s work."
The summer season this year started on July 12 and ends Aug. 4.
Right now, As You Like It and the Three Musketeers are playing at the festival on various nights. The last As You Like It performances are July 22, 26, 27 and 28, while the Three Musketeers is performed on July 20, 21, 29, Aug. 2, 3 and 4.
The Filipponi Ranch is at 1850 Calle Joaquin Rd., San Luis Obispo, which is off Highway 101 and Los Osos Valley Road, just past the KSBY station.
