SATURDAY, JULY 28

Groovin’ in the Grove Classic Car and Vintage Travel Trailer Show
10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Santa Barbara Elks Lodge, 150 North Kellogg Ave., Santa Barbara
Dozens of vehicles of all types will be on display and cash prizes will be handed out in a variety of categories, including best stock, best modified, best custom, best truck, best Chevrolet, and best Ford.

Strongest Man & Woman Competition
4 p.m.
California Mid-State Fair Headliner Stage, 2198 Riverside Ave., Paso Robles
Athletes from across the country will be competing in Strongman events including a log clean and press overhead, car deadlift, sandbag+keg+stone carry medley, keg toss, and Atlas stone series.
Free with paid fair admission: $8-$12

Festival Mozaic Orchestra Series – Music Without Borders
8 p.m.
Mission San Luis Obispo, 751 Palm St., San Luis Obispo
Classical musicians will perform Stravinsky’s Dumbarton Oaks, Ginastera’s Variaciones Concertantes, and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7.

Greek Festival

Celebrate Greek culture with traditional Greek foods, live music, costumed performers, dance lessons, and a variety of vendors.

SUNDAY, JULY 29

Dunes Center Family Day – Hollywood History
10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Dunes Center, 1065 Guadalupe St., Guadalupe
Learn about Guadalupe’s Hollywood history and check out artifacts from the set of "The Ten Commandments." Visitors can also sculpt their own version of filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille’s famous sphinxes and take home their name in lights with a customized Hollywood Walk of Fame star.
Admission: $7 for adults; $6 for seniors; free for children 12 and under

Village Summer Concert Series
1 p.m.
Heritage Square Park, 201 Nelson St., Arroyo Grande
The Soul Cats Band will perform 60’s classic soul music. Bring lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy the concert in the grass. Food, drinks, beer, wine, and ice cream will be for sale.
