Firefighters responded to a brush fire Friday afternoon near the Nacimiento Lake Dam.
According to CAL FIRE, it was first reported at around 1:30 p.m. as a vehicle fire that was threatening nearby vegetation on Nacimiento Lake Drive near Interlake Road.
First crews at the scene reported about three acres of brush burning at a slow rate of spread. Fire officials said the fire had the potential to burn about ten acres.
