Five Cities Fire responded to a warming fire in Oceano early Monday morning.
Crews responded to the fire on the 300 block of Pier Avenue in Oceano at approximately 5:50 a.m.
Fire chief Steve Lieberman says it was a warming fire from a homeless encampment.
Firefighters were able to knock down the fire quickly when they arrived. Crews stayed on scene for about an hour mopping up.
There are no injuries reported.
