Police are investigating an early-morning stabbing in Santa Barbara that sent one person to the hospital.
Santa Barbara police say the call came in at about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday of someone being assaulted near the Taco Bell on North Milpas Street.
When officers arrived, they say they found injured man.
At this time, police say it appears one or more people attacked the victim, but limited information is known about the attacker(s) or possible motive.
The victim is expected to survive, police say.
