Schools within the Lompoc Unified School Districtwere dealing with a phone and internet service outage Monday.
The outage comes just two days before children within the district head back to class for the start of the new school year.
The district says the issue is not internal and it is working with its service provider to fix the issue.
The first days of school for student in the Lompoc Unified School District is Wednesday.
