A former prison sergeant from San Luis Obispo appeared on the "Kathie Lee & Hoda on TODAY" show Thursday showing off her brand new look.
Sue Storey was shown outside the TODAY studios with a sign stating she traveled from "The Big California Sun" while wearing a shirt, which read, "Does this shirt make me look retired?"
Those with the show said "yes" and chose the 59-year-old, who is celebrating her 60th birthday Friday, to receive a full makeover.
Storey said during her time as a prison sergeant, she had to keep a certain look, wearing no makeup and keeping her hair in a ponytail.
Now, she says she’s "ready to do whatever" and make herself look different.
Storey walked the red carpet inside the studio before revealing her haircut and new style to the audience, America and her friend, who was blindfolded.
