The Grover Beach Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify a man seen prowling around cars Thursday night.
It happened in the Savannah Court area and was captured on a resident’s "Ring" surveillance camera.
Anyone who can identify this person is asked to call police at (805) 473-4511.
Police remind residents to lock their cars and homes at night and call police to report any suspicious activity.
