More than 100 people flew into the Santa Barbara Airport Friday on a new flight available from Minnesota to Santa Barbara.
The flights, with roundtrip tickets starts at $196, are available through Sun County Airlines.
The first flight took off Thursday morning with 81 passengers on board, according to airport officials.
There were 106 passengers on the arriving flight.
The 3.5-hour flight on board a Boeing 737-700 to and from the Minneapolis/St. Paul region will operate Thursdays and Sunday.
