New luxury apartments are coming to Paso Robles.
The Blue Oak Apartments are set to open to the public later this month.
The owners of the complex are calling them "resort-living" with a garden, pool, fitness center and outdoor spaces.
There are 142 apartments.
Rent ranges from $1,700 to $2,700 a month.
The grand opening is set for August 25.
