Santa Maria families can get check carnival games, live music, wild animals and car show all for free this Sunday.
The Santa Maria Valley YMCA‘s annual Family Day in the Park kicks off at 11 a.m. in Waller Park in Santa Maria and wraps up at 4 p.m.
Parents and kids can try their hand at a variety of games and fishing. Carnival game tickets are 50 cents or all-day wrist bands cost $15.
Vendors will also be set up offering many food options.
A car show will roll into the park and Zoo To You will be there showing off wild animals.
Jay Turner, La Buena and the Soul’d Out Band will provide music throughout the day.
A free shuttle will run every 15 minutes from the K-Mart parking lot starting at 10:30 a.m.
