Rescue crews were called to the Ragged Point area Monday morning for a report of a person stuck on a cliff.
It happened at around 10:30 a.m.
A California Highway Patrol helicopter was utilized to perform a hoist operation.
The person was moved to safety and reportedly evaluated for injuries.
