Central Coast families can enjoy a Day at the Ranch in honor of a frequent donor R.H. Tesene.
Tense donations allowed the Santa Maria Valley Discovery Museum to move to its current location on McClelland St. 13 years ago.
The event runs from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Santa Maria Valley Discovery Museum.
Kids who go to Day at the Ranch can learn how to rope cattle, make custom brand and play ranch themed games. There will also be free birthday cake and drinks.
