A rollover crash on Highway 41 backed up traffic just east of Morro Bay on Thursday afternoon.
It happened just after 2 p.m. near the avocado ranch.
A pickup truck went off the roadway and overturned. According to the California Highway Patrol’s Incident Information Page, the driver may have been stung by a bee, causing him to swerve into the hillside. The extent of his injuries was unknown.
Video shared on the KSBY Facebook page showed the westbound lane partially blocked by the wrecked vehicle.
