Five Cities Fire Authority, the City of Arroyo Grande and Troop 450 are unveiling a 9/11 memorial Eagle Scout program.
The memorial was specifically created by Eagle Scout Zach Hall.
The unveiling is Sunday at 4 p.m. at 140 Traffic Way in Arroyo Grande.
