Hurricane Florence, now twisting and turning in the Atlantic, is rapidly gaining strength as it continues to move toward the East Coast.
The Carolinas and Virginia are already under states of emergency, while Florida Governor Rick Scott warns the storm’s path could easily turn south.
Right now, the Category 2 hurricane is expected to make landfall Thursday.
