The Solvang City Council wants public input to help elect the next city manager.
They put out a seven-question survey. Almost all of the questions require a short response.
The questions ask residents what the most important issues facing the community of Solvang are, skills or experience they think managers need and what management and leadership qualities the next city manager should have.
The current City Manager Brad Vidro will retire in December after holding the position for 12 years.
