The ribbon-cutting ceremony for San Luis Obispo’s new homeless service center 40Prado is Monday.

The 20,000 square foot homeless services center cost $5.4 million to construct.

The shelter will combine the services that were provided through the Maxine Lewis Memorial Shelter and the Prado Day Center.
