The San Luis Obispo Police Department is investigating a reported case of prowling in the 1100 block of Islay St. on Sunday night.
Home surveillance video shows a person walking up to a car parked in the driveway and trying the driver’s side door handle.
The suspect, who appears to be wearing a cap, backpack, and carrying a skateboard, walks away after finding the car to be locked.
