Southern California-based competitive eater and YouTube star, Raina Huang, is eating her way through the Central Coast.

Tuesday, she will make her last stop here before she heads back to Los Angeles and she’s bringing her appetite to Lompoc.

Huang will take on her next challenge at Mariscos La Rancherita at 11 a.m.

Her challenge: eat an oversized bacon-wrapped burrito in 40 minutes or less.

The restaurant calls it the "Monster Burrito" but Huang renamed it the"Bacon Anaconda" back in Aprilwhen she first completed the challenge.

Fans will wait to see if she can beat her previous record of just over 13 minutes devouring the giant burrito.

Huang took part in other local food challenges this month, including eating as many aeblekivers as possible at Solvang’s Danish Days festival last weekend.

She also took on the A-Z burger challenge at Tom’s Burgers in Lompoc. She had to eat every burger on the menu.

Huang also stopped by The Doggy Door to eat some hot dogs and Sylvester’s Burgers in Los Osos for the five-pound burger challenge.

Huang downed a sandwich at the Ribline in San Luis Obispo made of an entire pan of cornbread, three pounds of barbecue pulled pork and two pints of coleslaw.
