California Highway Patrol responded to a single vehicle crash on State Route 41 and Cerro Alto Road Wednesday morning.
CHP officials say the driver of the vehicle drove off the roadway and into a ditch at around 5:00 a.m.
The driver had to be extracted from the vehicle and transported to Sierra Vista Hospital.
Drivers can expect delays as crews are cleaning up and towing the vehicle from the ditch.
