Discover Buellton celebrated it’s 50th anniversary of Avenue of Flags Saturday morning.
California’s former Governor, Ronald Reagan dedicated the original lanes of Highway 101 as Avenue of the Flags on Sept. 28.
Michael Reagan, son of President Ronald Reagan gave a keynote address at the event.
The celebration had a time capsule and light refreshments.
