Los Alamos Valley Old Days includes parade, car show, 5K

This weekend marks the 72nd annual Los Alamos Valley Old Days Celebration.

Organizers promise fun for the whole family with a car show on Saturday and a parade on Sunday morning.

This year’s theme is “A Time to Remember.” This year’s major events include:

• Saturday 9 a.m.: Old Days Car Show
• Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m: Peddlers Mart, Artisan Faire and Food Booths
• Saturday 7 p.m.: Tri-Tip Barbecue Dinner and Dance
• Sunday 9 a.m.: Stampede 5K Run/Walk at Ferrini Park

Admission is free. People from outside Los Alamos are invited to join in on the party.
