Traffic is backed up heading into San Luis Obispo because of a crash on northbound Highway 101.
According to the CHP incident page, a vehicle rolled over onto its roof near the Spyglass Drive off-ramp just before 7 a.m. Wednesday.
The CHP says there are minor injuries.
Officers are at the scene working to clear the crash.
