Passports must be submitted by 6 p.m. Saturday at Downtown SLO, HumanKind Fair Trade, Hands Gallery, Femme Jules D., or Picking Daisies.

Downtown SLO organizers will announce the winner on Thursday, Nov. 29 at the Tree Lighting Ceremony in Mission Plaza.

SLO Transit is offering free bus service all day in support of Small Business Saturday.
