A San Luis Obispo couple is bringing the holiday spirit to their entire neighborhood.
Wayne and Leslie Terry built a five-hour custom light display that is open for anyone in need of some holiday cheer.
The home is located at 1902 Chorro Street in San Luis Obispo.
Wayne says when he first started programming the light display, it took about 12 hours per song. Now he says he has it down to five hours per song.
There are 55,000 lights in the display and several thousand feet of cords running all over the home.
The light show corresponds with music on a radio station that was set up on 89.1
“We have kids in our neighborhood that have grown up with the lights. It’s fun to come home to every night,” said Leslie.
If you want to check out the light display, it runs from 5 to 9 p.m. every day through the holiday season.
