Templeton Fire asks for donations on Giving Tuesday

Posted

Templeton Fire is asking the community to donate on Giving Tuesday.

Weyrick Lumber Company will provide a dollar for dollar match up to $1,500 for Templeton Fire and Emergency Services during the department’s #GivingTuesday campaign.

The department is trying to raise money right now to purchase a new siren growler used to clear intersections, a hydraulic jaws of life power unit, and firefighter turnout gear. The department says donations are needed to help offset the costs of providing emergency services, which aren’t covered by the general fund.

If you’re interested in making a donation, you can write a check to Templeton Fire and Emergency Services.

Checks can be dropped off at the Templeton CSD Administrative Office located at 420 Crocker Street in Templeton.

You can also mail your donation to:
P.O. Box 780
Templeton, CA 93465

Donations are tax-deductible.
