Morro Bay is getting fitted with a winter wonderland for a day, for the Real Snow event Sunday.
Organizers are building a sledding hill, snowball alley and kiddie play area at Tidelands park from noon to 3 p.m.
There will also be an Elf on the Shelf competition for families to create a naughty elf in diorama format to win prizes.
