(UPDATE 11:54 a.m. )– The 12-year-old missing at-risk Santa Maria kid has been located and is safe according to the Santa Maria Police Department.
Giovanni Gomez Rodriguez was reported missing Saturday morning.
According to Santa Maria police Rodriguez was last seen Friday at 7 a.m.
The police department did not say where he was located.
Santa Maria police are requesting help from the public to find a missing 12-year-old boy who was last seen Friday morning.
Giovanni Gomez Rodriguez, 12, was last seen leaving for school around 7 a.m. Friday, according to an SMPD press release.
Rodriguez is considered “at risk,” but police did not elaborate.
When he left Friday, Rodriguez was wearing a white jacket, gray shirt, blue shorts and white shoes.
He’s described as standing 4’11” and weighing 213 lbs. He has brown eyes and black hair.
