(KCRA) Snow is piling up in areas of California’s Sierra Nevada mountains.
In Nevada County, as much as two feet of snow has fallen in the past 24 hours.
At Soda Springs Mountain Resort, drivers woke to find their vehicles buried under the snow.
Even snowplows are struggling to keep up. Minutes after one plow goes by on Donner Pass Rd., the road is blanketed again in fresh snow.
A blizzard warning is in effect until noon local time Thursday.
