Update:

According the CHP, the downed tree has been cleared from Willow Road in the Nipomo area.

Four vehicles reportedly crashed into the tree before the roadway could be closed.  At least one of them had to be towed from the scene.

That roadway was re-opened shortly before 2:30.

Update:

The southbound lane of Highway 101 over the Nojoqui grade is blocked by a fallen tree.  Caltrans is on the way to get the tree cleared and the lane re-opened.   The closure is just south of the summit.

High winds have caused power lines and trees to go down around the area.  Power lines were down across both lanes of lanes of Stanton road just north of Grant below the Nipomo mesa.  Crews are on scene trying to reopen the roadway.

Also in the Nipomo area, a tree is blocking both lanes of Willow Road between Black Lake and Pomeroy.  San Luis Obispo County road crews are on scene there trying to clear the tree and open the road back up to traffic.

There is no estimate as to when either of those roads will be open again.
