The Stowell on-ramp to southbound Highway 101 in Santa Maria has been closed so the semi-truck can be removed.  The closure is also affecting the slow lane in the area.  The other two southbound lanes remain open.  The CHP estimates it will take about 30 minutes to remove the truck.

A semi-truck is off the roadway on southbound Highway 101 in Santa Maria.  According the CHP, all lanes of traffic remain open.  The driver apparently told officers he was cut off by another driver, but the crash is still under investigation.  There were no injuries.
