The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a 17-year-old was found with a gunshot wound.
The Sheriff’s Office responded to Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital just before 7 p.m. Monday after receiving a report that a teenage boy was there with a single gunshot wound.
Deputies are trying to figure out the circumstances of the incident.
The Sheriff’s Office says the gunshot wound does not appear to be life-threatening.
