Sunday was another great weather day across the Central Coast, with most areas seeing sunshine and gusty winds.
Our winds gusts are contributing to small craft advisories, one closer to the coast that’s expected to expire Sunday night – the other is for the outer waters and continues into Tuesday.
The high winds are helping keep our temperatures on the cooler side; models continue to show no indication of extreme heat over the next week.
Sunday marks the end of the 2018-2019 California Rain Season. Most areas on the Central Coast reported getting between 103-105% above average rainfall.
Rocky Butte in San Luis Obispo County received the most rain in our area — with a whopping 52.40 inches!

On Monday, we will have some low cloud coverage in the morning and evening, but the clouds are expected to clear quickly in most areas, taking a bit longer for the beaches.
