The San Luis Obispo Library will now be open Sundays with abbreviated hours.
The announcement was made Sunday on the library’s Facebook page, noting that the change is permanent.
The addition of Sundays was initially a pilot program set to last April through June 30.
All regular services will be available Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. except for those that require special appointments, like passport acceptance.
The Library, located on the corner of Palm Street and Osos Street in San Luis Obispo, is celebrating its 100 year anniversary this weekend.
