According to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office, one deputy, a staff member, and one inmate tested positive for COVID-19.
The sheriff's office says this brings the total number of staff who have tested positive for the virus to 105. Of those who contracted the virus, 89 have recovered and returned to work.
There are currently 15 active COVID-19 cases in the jail. The total number ofinmated who have tested positive at the Main Jail is 161.
