A Paso Robles family found a way to welcome their newest member, while keeping a safe distance from the mom-to-be.
Family and friends drove by Destiney Dawson's home in Paso Robles to give her gifts for her baby, Saturday.
Dawson says she had to cancel her initial baby shower because of the pandemic, but her family surprised her with their own ceremony.
"I'm overwhelmed and relieved. I didn't think we were gonna be able to have a baby shower," Dawson said.
She says she is expecting a baby girl.
