Oak and Otter Brewing is introducing and selling the Pismo Preserve Pale Ale to benefit The Land Conservancy of San Luis Obispo County, a non-profit organization that owns the new Pismo Preserve.

According to a press release sent to KSBY, Oak and Otter Brewing in San Luis Obispo has been brewing the pale ale several weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic changed how local businesses and non-profits operate.

"Local non-profits might be facing the negative financial effects of this pandemic for a long time," said Kaila Dettman, executive director of Land Conservancy. "We are grateful for opportunities to partner with local businesses to help keep us all afloat and continue to raise awareness for our mission."

The Land Conservancy of San Luis Obispo County says Oak and Otter Brewing is selling 32 oz crowlers for $13 and filling 64 oz growlers for $18. For every purchase, $1-2 will be donated to The Land Conservancy.

The press release says the brewery is also offering free delivery to Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo on orders of $26 or more placed by 2 p.m. every day.

To order a Pismo Preserve Pale, call 805-439-2529 or email oakandotterbrewing@gmail.com.

The brewery is located at 181 Tank Farm Road, Suite 110 in San Luis Obispo.
