Santa Barbara County reported eleven new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, bringing the county's total number of cases to 451 as of April 23.
Health officials say 39 people are hospitalized, including 13 people in the ICU.
Another 138 patients are recovering at home and 257 people have recovered. Health officials are awaiting information on 12 additional patients.
Santa Barbara County has had five deaths from COVID-19.
According to the Public Health Department, 57 of the confirmed cases are in health care workers and 101 cases are related to an outbreak at the federal prison in Lompoc. Two of the new cases are inmates at the prison.
