Santa Barbara County reported just two new cases of COVID-19 on Monday, bringing the county's total to 473 cases as of April 27.
Health officials say 38 people are hospitalized, including 11 patients who are in the ICU.
Another 99 people are recovering at home and 322 people are fully recovered.
Santa Barbara County has had seven deaths from COVID-19.
