ORIGINAL STORY: Stephen Ryan Avellar, 47, is the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Most Wanted Wednesday suspect this week.
Avellar is wanted for failing to appear in court for inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, dissuading a witness from reporting a crime, and disobeying a court order.
He is described as 6' tall and 200 pounds. His last known address is in Los Osos.
