Firefighters worked to put out a small vegetation fire in Nipomo Saturday morning.
By 7:21 a.m., CAL FIRE SLO crews were on scene at the fire at Riverside Drive and Divison Street.
About a half-acre burned, according to firefighters. One structure was threatened but did not burn and power lines were said to be down in the area.
The cause is under investigation.
Crews were expected to remain on scene until at least 9 a.m.
