Smoke may be visible in the Cambria area Wednesday due to a pile burn.
It’s scheduled to take place along Cambria Pines Drive.
The burn was originally scheduled for Monday, but was canceled due to “unfavorable weather conditions.”
Over the past several months, CAL FIRE firefighters, with support from the San Luis Obispo County Fire Safe Council, have been cutting overgrown vegetation to reduce hazardous fuel.
Crews will now be working to burn about 450 small piles of cut vegetation.
