Borah’s Awards announced to its customers Thursday that after 53 years in business, the owners will soon close their doors for good.
Borah’s Awards, located on Broad Street in San Luis Obispo, will officially close on Friday, Oct. 12.
The owners say they recently experienced a death in the family and will be relocating to Northern California.
Borah’s makes various types of trophies, awards, and plaques.
The business will reportedly accept new orders through Friday, Oct. 5.
