More than 2,200 customers were affected by a power outage in Oceano and Grover Beach late Thursday morning.
The outage started at 10:40 a.m.
A witness told KSBY News a truck backing into a parking space along Highland Way hit a low-hanging power line, which caused the outage.
PG&E says a crew is on the way and power is expected to be restored by 1:45 p.m.
